  • 1 unit Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chili
  • 1 small Piece of ginger
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 pinch Coriander

How to Make Chicken Tikka Masala

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chicken Tikka Masala in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Medium fire. Hot pan. Olive oil. Chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped chili, smashed garlic, into the pan. Salt. Cook to sweat.
  • Step 2
  • Add the tomato paste. Cook through.
  • Step 3
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Chop the chicken to cubes and into the pan. Add the garam masala, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook the chicken to brown.
  • Step 4
  • Add the chopped tomato and let it reduce for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Add chopped coriander to the pan. Cook for more 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with fresh coriander leaves over the chicken. Chicken Tikka Masala, done.
