Ingredients: Chicken Tinga Enchiladas

  • 1 See my recipe for Chicken Tinga for filling.
  • 1 packages Flour Tortillas
  • 2 can Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 packages Shredded cheddar
  • 1 can Black olives - sliced

How to Make Chicken Tinga Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Tinga Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Fill tortilla shells with Leftover Tinga. You can use any size tortillas, I use large burrito size. Pour some Enchilada Sauce on bottom of pan. Roll up filling inside tortilla and place in pan.
  • Step 3
  • Pour Enchilada Sauce over top of rolled enchiladas. Cover with cheese. Add sliced black olives. Drizzle more enchilada Sauce over cheese and olives.
  • Step 4
  • Place in oven for 30 mins. Enjoy!
