  • 1 lb thin sliced chicken breast
  • 1 lb Stir fry vegetables including snow peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 1 each green and red peppers
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup hoisen sauce
  • 2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 packages Udon noodles
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Udon Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chicken Udon Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat olive oil in skillet, add chicken, season with salt and pepper and saute until no longer pink.
  • Step 2
  • Remove chicken, add sesame oil, then add in all veggies and ginger and cook until they start to become tender.
  • Step 3
  • Add in noodles, then all sauces and stir until well coated, cook for another 5 minutes stirring continously.
  • Step 4
  • Add chicken back in, stir until coated and simmer for a couple minutes until hot. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
