  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Brest
  • 8 oz Can Of Tomato Sauce
  • 5 tbsp Vindaloo Seasoning. Most Spice Stores Will Have This. If Not Mix Coriander,garlic,cumin,ginger,cinnamon,mustard,cayenne,jalapeƱo, Cardamom,turmeric, Black Pepper And Cloves.
  • 4 Cubed Potatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 6 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Water

How to Make Chicken vindaloo

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Chicken vindaloo in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown the cubed potatoes and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Brown the chicken, add it to a soup pot
  • Step 3
  • Mince and brown the onion
  • Step 4
  • Mix tomato sauce and vindaloo seasoning into a paste. You can add more or less of the seasoning depending on how spicy you want it.
  • Step 5
  • Add the paste to the onion and mix it in
  • Step 6
  • Add the water, salt,and vinegar. Stir to combine, pour over the meat.
  • Step 7
  • Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min
  • Step 8
  • Add potatoes cook uncovered over a medium heat for 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are done
