  • 2 can chickpeas (drained)
  • 1/2 medium red onion (finely diced)
  • 1 packages cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 salt
  • ground black pepper
  • greek vinegrette dressing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make chickpea chicken salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl, mix drained canned chickpeas, diced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Heat skillet over medium heat. Cut chicken breast into 1/2 in thick strips and add salt/ pepper to taste. Add chicken to skillet with a bit of olive oil. Take off heat once fully cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Chop cooked chicken strips into smaller pieces to your liking and add to bowl of veggies. Stir.
