  • 250 grams chickpea flour(coarse)
  • 50 grams dry coconut
  • 1 White powdered sugar
  • 5 grams Ghee
  • 1 pinch saffron

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chickpea flour Ladoos in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • On a slow flame,put a cookin pot and add ghee to it. After that add chickpea flour and roast it on low flame patiently til it turns slightly darker and till it gives fragrance.
  • Step 2
  • Now in a bowl put the roasted flour and add sugar and coconut to it. This mixture is hot so be careful
  • Step 3
  • Mix evrything well and in the hot state only roll the mixture into small balls and sprinkle little saffron.
