  • 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp green chilli paste (you can add more if you like it spicy)
  • 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp yellow powder (asafoetida)
  • 1 few curry leaves
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 can boiled chickpeas

How to Make Chickpeas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chickpeas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in a wok or pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Step 2
  • Then add boiled chickpeas with green chillies, ginger and garlic paste and yellow powder.
  • Step 3
  • Then leave it for 10 mins on low heat and then take it out on a serving plate and garnish with chopped onion and coriander.
