  • 4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 can mild enchiladas sauce
  • 2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 packages flour torillas
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

    Step 1
  • Cut meat into 1-2 inch cubes.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil on med. first add garlic, stir then add onion.

  • Add water and enchilada sauce, bring to a boil. Turn heat on low and simmer for about an hour or til meat flakes apart easily.

  • Once meat is finished, spread a spoon of beans on tortilla, sprinkle some cheese and with a slotted spoon add beef. Roll up buritto
  • Step 7
  • Pour sauce from meat over buritto and cover with cheese.
