  • 8 oz Sharp cheese

  • 1 1/2 cup Milk

  • 5 large Pablano peppers
  • 2 salsa casera (small can)

  • pre heat oven to 325
  • Step 2
  • roast peppers, place in towel to cool. remove skin and seeds.
  • Step 3
  • grease casserole dish
  • Step 4
  • mix eggs, flour, milk, Chile powder,garlic powder, cilantro flakes, cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Step 5
  • spread layer of cheese in dish. place layer of peppers on top, repeat ending with cheese on top.
  • Step 6
  • pour egg mixture on top
  • Step 7
  • bake 45 min. or until knife comes out clean,
  • Step 8
  • top with warmed camera sauce. (ENJOY)
