  • 1/2 cup red wine

  • ground black pepper

  • 1 green bellpepper (diced)
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 pinch rosemary (crushed)
  • 3 green chili pepper (sliced)
  • 1 white onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

    Step 1
  • Heat pan on medium heat.
  • Step 2
  • Add cooking oil. When hot, sauté the diced white onion.
