Ingredients: Chili Mac

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 envelope Chili Seasoning
  • 29 oz Can of Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 lb Macaroni Noodles (Elbow Noodles)
  • 1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 1 Grated Cheese (whatever kind you'd like, for topping)
  • 1 Onion (Diced, for topping)
  • 1 Sour Cream (for topping)

How to Make Chili Mac

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Chili Mac in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef (instead of using the onion as a topping, I just cooked it with my meat but you can do whatever you'd like).
  • Step 2
  • Drain the fat and add the chili seasoning, tomato sauce, and brown sugar.
  • Step 3
  • Stir to combine and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • While the chili is simmering, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Step 5
  • Add the macaroni and cook according to package directions.
  • Step 6
  • Drain macaroni and pour into chili pot.
  • Step 7
  • Add the chili sauce and stir to combine.
  • Step 8
  • Serve with cheese, onion and sour cream.
  • Step 9
  • ALSO: you could add bacon and/or green pepper, be creative!! :)
