Ingredients: Chili Manicotti

  • 1 8 oz box manicotti noodles
  • 1 15 oz container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella or italian blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cup chili - more or a bit less would be fine
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Chili Manicotti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Chili Manicotti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and follow the directions on the box to prepare the manicotti noodles
  • Step 2
  • Combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg.
  • Step 3
  • Layer 2 cups chili on the bottom of a 9x13 pan (I sprayed mine with cooking spray first)
  • Step 4
  • Stuff manicotti noodles with ricotta cheese mix and place in pan on top of the chili layer
  • Step 5
  • Top the stuffed manicotti noodles with remaining 2 or 3 cups of chili
  • Step 6
  • Place tin foil on top of the pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes
  • Step 7
  • Remove pan. Remove tin foil. Top the manicotti with cheddar. Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
