  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 chopped medium white or yellow onions
  • 1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 4 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 28 ounce crushed tomatos

How to Make Chili Relish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Chili Relish in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combie all ingredients in a large saucepan. bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer, simmer uncovered on very low 2 hours, stirring to be sure it does not stick. Cool. Put in containers, freeze some for later and refrigerate the remaining.
  • Step 2
  • Serve anywhere you would serve a relish, very good with any roasted or grilled meats, baked beans and of course hamburgers and hotdogs or sausages, and sandwiches!
