  • 1 vegetable oil for frying

  • 1/4 cup Crystal or Frank's Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • Extra
  • 1 celery
  • 1 bleu cheese or ranch dip

  • Cover and gently shake until chicken is well coated.
  • Step 13
  • Serve on a plate with dip and celery.
