  • 1/4 each onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 each jalapenos
  • 1/2 bunch cillantro
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp salt

How to Make Chili's Salsa

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Chili's Salsa in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the onions and garlic.
  • Step 2
  • Blanch the onions and garlic to soften them. (Place in hot water for 5 minutes then strain.)
  • Step 3
  • Chop the jalapeños (use fresh or canned not pickled.)
  • Step 4
  • Combine these three ingredients and the cilantro leaves in food processor and blend for a few seconds.
  • Step 5
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed but not pureed.
  • Step 6
  • Cover and fill at least two hours before serving.
