  • Eggroll
  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp minced red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp minced green onions
  • 1/3 cup of frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tbsp frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 tbsp diced canned jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded montery jack cheese
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup smashed fresh avocados
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/3 tsp onion powder
  • 1 dash dried dill weed
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash pepper

How to Make Chili's Southwest Eggrolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 23 steps you must follow to make Chili's Southwest Eggrolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat BBQ grill to high heat

  • Rub the chicken breast with oil and cook 4 to 5 min per side, or until done.

  • stir well so that the spinach separates and incorporates well

  • remove the pan from the heat and add cheese

  • stir until the chesse is melted

  • wrap the tortilla in a moist cloth and microwave on high 30sec or until hot.
  • Step 14
  • spoon 1/5th of the mixture into center of tortilla
  • Step 15
  • fold in the ends and roll up tortilla
  • Step 16
  • roll tortilla up tight and then pierce with a toothpick to keep it together.
  • Step 17
  • repeat with remaining ingredients until you have 5 tortillas.
  • Step 18
  • arrange the tortillas on a plate and cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4hrs, overnight is best
  • Step 19
  • while the tortillas freeze make the dipping sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 20
  • preheat 4 to 6 cups of oil to 375°F
  • Step 21
  • deep fry in oil for 5 to 6 minutes and remove to paper towels or rack to drain about 2 min.

  • This takes 4hrs bc of the freezer time
