  • 1 dash Green onions (if available)
  • 1 as much (to taste) Ra-yu

    Step 1
  • Boil the udon. Pre-mix the soy milk and mentsuyu. Cut the kimchi into bite sizes. Finely chop the green onions.
  • Step 2
  • Drain and rinse the udon noodles under cold water. Pour the soy milk mentsuyu mix over the noodles and top them with kimchi and green onions. Drizzle ra-yu over it to finish.
