  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp White toasted sesame seeds

    Step 1
  • Make the sauce: Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and sugar in a heatproof container, and microwave for 30 seconds. Add the sesame oil and ra-yu and mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Chop up the zha cai roughly. Cut the tofu into quarters, top with the zha cai, and pour the sauce over. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and serve.
