  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 8 Scallops (sashimi grade)
  • 6 Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Grated garlic
  • 1 Basil
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Salt

How to Make Chilled Tomato Pasta with Shrimp & Scallops

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Chilled Tomato Pasta with Shrimp & Scallops in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Steam the tomatoes. Peel the skin and grate.
  • Step 2
  • Combine the olive oil with the grated garlic and the juice from the grated lemon.

  • Add the grated tomatoes from Step 1 to the Step 2 olive oil. Season with salt to bring out the flavors and chill.

  • Lastly, top with basil to finish.
