  • 5 Banana Pepper/Large Chillies
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water

How to Make Chilli Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Chilli Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely. Then slice into long pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.
  • Step 3
  • Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
