  • 12 oz Corona (any Mexican beer, not light) beer
  • 2 jalapeño chopped (opt)
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp crushed dried oregano
  • 1 tsp crushed dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)

How to Make Chilli Mexican Style

  • Brown chorizo, onion, garlic in a large saucepan. Drain off fat. Combine meat mixture with remaining ingredients, over medium heat bring to a boil, reduce heat cover& simmer for 30min
