Ingredients: Chinese fried noodle

  • 3 cm of ginger ( thinly sliced)
  • 2 clove garlic (finely chopped or softened with food processor)
  • 1 A FEW spring onions (to taste)
  • 100 grams chicken breast (sliced)
  • 200 grams noodles (any noodles depending on ur taste)
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • chicken oil
  • 100 grams chicken skin
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to Make Chinese fried noodle

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Chinese fried noodle in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • 1. Heat oil in pan. Saute the garlic and ginger until brown
  • Step 2
  • Place in chicken breast. Add noodles when chicken is cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Flavor with salt,sugar and pepper to taste. Splash in the soy sauce
  • Step 4
  • Place noodles on plate
  • Step 5
  • FOR CHICKEN OIL
  • Step 6
  • Heat oil and saute the chicken skin until skin is cooked
  • Step 7
  • Drizzle the chicken oil on the noodles
  • Step 8
  • Dress with a few spring onions. SERVE
