  • 1 lb Sage sausage
  • 1/2 lb Lean hamburger
  • 3 Cups water
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 cup Rice (not minute rice)
  • 1 can Diced water chestnuts
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 3 stick Celery
  • 2 Green bell peppers
  • 1 each Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 each Red bell pepper
  • 2 large Onion

How to Make Chinese Fried Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chinese Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a non-stick skillet, Brown hamburger, sausage & 1 diced onion together, crumble small.
  • Step 2
  • Add water, beef bouillon cubes, soy sauce & rice to meat, cover and cook on low for 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
  • Step 3
  • Chop celery, bell peppers, onion in chunks
  • Step 4
  • Add remaining vegetables and cook till fork tender
  • Step 5
  • Garnish with soy sauce to taste.
