  • 1 1/2 lb Beef Sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 4 large Scallions (1.5" slices)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil

How to Make Chinese Ginger & Horseradish Beef

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Chinese Ginger & Horseradish Beef in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a medium bowl, combine beef and scallions.
  • Step 2
  • To a blender, add all remaining ingredients, except oil. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Combine beef and marinade thoroughly. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
  • Step 4
  • To a large skillet over high heat, add oil. When hot, add marinated beef. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until beef is cooked through. There will be a lot of moisture released from the meat. Cook until liquid is almost fully cooked out.
