  • 4 chicken thighs skin&fat removed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry or OJ
  • 1 tsp toasted seasame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp OJ
  • 1 tsp corn starch

    Step 1
  • preheat 375°
  • Step 2
  • rinse and dry chicken. place in glass baking dish.
  • Step 3
  • in bowl, mix: soy, vinegar, sherry, seasame, honey and garlic.
  • Step 4
  • pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 min or until tender and no longer pink.
  • Step 5
  • remove chicken and keep warm
  • Step 6
  • pour sauce from baking dish into sauce pan.
  • Step 7
  • mix OJ and corn starch. and pour while stirring into sauce pan.
  • Step 8
  • cook 5 min stirring constantly the last 2.
  • Step 9
  • serve chicken with sauce
