  • 2 Chocolate crumb crusts (Oreo crust also works) (I used store bought, but you could find a recipe & make your own)
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided (could also use mini chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp gluten-free flour (or regular flour)

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chocolate Chip Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 300°F.
  • Step 2
  • In mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Then beat in vanilla & eggs.
  • Step 3
  • In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour. Then add to cheese mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Pour half of mixture into each crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Can use extra chips if wanted.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 1 hour or until center is set. Let cool. Chill in refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
