  • Handful white chocolate chips

    Step 1
  • Crush marie biscuits to a fine powder. Smash it up in a sturdy bag or break into food processor
  • Step 2
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened, then beat in sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until everything is smooth

  • In small portions, add cream cheese mixture to biscuits until the right consistency is acheived.

  • Step 6
  • Take balls and coat in chocolate, scoop with fork so excess chocolate drains. Place on wax paper.
  • Step 7
  • Freeze until chocolate has solidified, then melt the white chocolate.
  • Step 8
  • Drizzle over top and store in freezer. Place in fridge before serving.
  • Step 9
