  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1 1/2 cup AP flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup whole buttermilk
  • 1 baking spray with flour (such as Baker's Joy) - enough to coat pan
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
