  • 397 grams Condensed Milk
  • 150 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 4 Limes
  • 300 ml Double Cream
  • 1 tbsp Icing Sugar

How to Make Chocolate Key Lime Pie

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 160c
  • Step 2
  • Finely crush the biscuits, and add the melted butter.
  • Step 3
  • Press firmly into the base and sides of tin and bake for 10 mins. Once finished, leave to cool.

  • Whisk the egg yolks and gradually add the condensed Milk.
  • Step 5
  • Add the juice and zest of 4 limes, leaving a little zest for later.

  • Step 7
  • Whip the cream and add the icing sugar until firm. Pipe the cream on to the pie and sprinkle a little leftover zest on top.
