  • Preheat the oven to 220 C.
  • Step 2
  • Take the chocolate moose/pudding, tip into a bowl and whip until smooth.

  • Place mini eggs into a sandwich bag and crush until thoroughly broken up. Pour around half of this into the chocolate mixture and mix.
  • Step 4
  • Place both meringue nests on a baking tray. Split the assorted sweets between the two meringues and place at the bottom of the nest.

  • Split the chocolate mix between both nests. Garnish with the remaining mini eggs.
  • Step 6
  • Heat for approximately two minutes, or until the moose starts to melt and the meringue golden.
  • Step 7
