  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 box Pillsbury pie crust
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip
  • 1 tbsp decorating sugar
  • Chocolate-Raspberry Dip
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Chambord or black raspberry flavored liqueur.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • In a small bowl, beat egg with water until frothy, set aside.
  • Step 3
  • On lightly floured work surface, unroll pie crust. Cut into 3/4 inch wide strips, cut each of the strips in half crosswise. Trim ends to straighten. Brush strips with beaten egg.
  • Step 4
  • On half the strips, spoon about 1 teaspoon preserves in thin line lengthwise down center of each strip. Top with miniature chocolate chips.
  • Step 5
  • Cover with remaining strips. Use fingers to press edges together. Use fork on edges to seal.
  • Step 6
  • Place on cookie sheet. Brush tops with beaten egg, sprinkle with decorating sugar.
  • Step 7
  • Bake 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Step 8
  • While baking, in a saucepan, heat milk chocolate chips and cream over medium low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat, stir till smooth. Stir in Chambord.
  • Step 9
  • Serve pie sticks with dip.
