  • 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 4 oz bread flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt (Optional)

  • 375°F oven for 12 minutes
