  • 50 grams refined flour
  • 25 grams margarine or butter
  • 125 ml water

    Step 1
  • Heat water and fat together
  • Step 2
  • When it comes to boil add flour whisking continuesly avoiding lumps
  • Step 3
  • Remove from fire and add eggs 1 at time
  • Step 4
  • Pipe the prepared paste on baking tray and bake at 180°C for first 10 min and then dry bake at 120°C till dry or pipe directly in oil for deep frying at slow fire. Ensuring pastry dries and become crisp, golden brown
