  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 12 flour tortillas, fajita size (8" diameter)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream (low fat is fine)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
  • Saute onions in butter until soft. Combine onions, softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoon milk, salt, 1 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and garlic powder. Add chicken.
  • Step 3
  • Spoon chicken mixture down center of tortillas and roll closed. Place seam side down in prepared baking dish.
  • Step 4
  • Combine soup, 1 cup milk, sour cream, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Pour over tortillas. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Step 5
  • Remove foil. Sprinkle cheese over tortillas and bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
