  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pints Hershey chocolate syrup

  • For Cake : Pre heat oven to 350°F

  • Pour chocolate syrup on top of brownie crumbles

  • Add second layer of chocolate cake on top of brownie crumbles

  • Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes then icing or powder, cake as you perfer

  • Crunched up Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top of cake
