  • 1 lb plums, cherries, peaches,blueberries,and any other not so juicy fruit.
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp real melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for topping
  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream for your topping topping
  • 1 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

How to Make Christi's Clafouti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Christi's Clafouti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven for 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Remove the pits from the fruit and slice the fruit. Put the slices in a 10 inch round shallow baking dish.
  • Step 3
  • Combine the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, and melted butter in the food processor or you may stir quickly with a wire whisk. Pour the batter over the fruit and bake until the batter has set into a custard like consistency, about 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Lightly dust the surface with powdered sugar and serve hot with mounds of whipped cream.
