  • 60 grams Cake flour
  • 1 tsp Dried yeast
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 150 grams Water (or tepid water)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Christmas Bread Wreath in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put all the ingredients in a bread machine and turn on the switch. Knead for 15 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Leave to rise for 30 minutes. Then divide the dough and roll into balls. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Shape the dough. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions if you are braiding it in 3 strands; 5 equal portions if you are braiding it in 5 strands, and so on. Roll each portion into a rope of equal length and braid. Shape into a wreath and pinch the ends to seal.
  • Step 4
  • Skipping the 2nd rising, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F/190℃ for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Step 5
  • When it's done, take out from the oven and leave it to cool on a wire rack overnight to dry.
  • Step 6
  • Decorate the bread when it's completely dry. Stick ribbons, poinsettia, pine cones, etc. on the bread with adhesive bond to make it a pretty wreath!
