  • 200 grams Minced meat
  • 1 Onions (finely chopped)

  • 3 tbsp Panko
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 16 Spinach (leaves)
  • 2 slice Bacon
  • 1 for decoration Orange bell pepper, cherry tomatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Christmas Wreath Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the bacon into thin strips and place around a ring pan.
  • Step 2
  • Boil the spinach leaves briefly and squeeze out excess water and put them on top of the bacon. You can use cabbage or Chinese cabbage instead of spinach.
  • Step 3
  • Mix stir-fried onion, minced meat, panko, egg and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Stuff the mixture (Step 3) into the ring pan (Step 2).
  • Step 5
  • Bake in a preheated 450°F/230℃ oven for 30 minutes. Stick a bamboo skewer through the meat and it's done if no juice comes out.
  • Step 6
  • Decorate with halved cherry tomatoes, boiled orange bell pepper and so on.
