  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Apples peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream

    Step 1
  • Toss 1Tbsp sugar & 1 Tbsp cinnamon with chopped apples. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Mix 1 Tbsp cinnamon & brown sugar. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Combine flour, baking powder & mix together.
  • Step 4
  • Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, to mixer & mix until light and fluffy.
  • Step 5
  • Add flour mixture to your eggs & sugar mixture. Blend until smooth. Add milk and blend it in well.
  • Step 6
  • Pour half of the batter into prepared loaf pan & add half of the apples, brown sugar mixture & chopped nuts. Smash down into the mixture.
  • Step 7
  • Add the rest of the batter and smooth out. Now top with the rest of your apples, brown sugar mixture & nuts. Once again smoosh down into batter.
  • Step 8
  • Put into preheated oven at 350°F for about 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Step 9
  • Mix butter, powered sugar & cream and mix until fluffy. Set a side.
  • Step 10
  • When cooled spread frosting over top slice & serve.
