  • 80 grams Processed cheese
  • 60 grams Mayonnaise
  • 60 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 grams Plain yoghurt
  • 150 grams Cake flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

How to Make Chunky Cheese Muffins

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Chunky Cheese Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice the cheese to 1 cm pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Put the mayonnaise and sugar into a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Mix in the egg, then add the yoghurt and mix some more.
  • Step 3
  • Sift the flour and baking powder into Step 2. Mix in the cheese (keep some aside for decorating), and use a rubber spatula to mix in a cutting motion.
  • Step 4
  • Line the mould with muffin cups and pour in the batter. Top with the leftover cheese.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180ºC, and they're done. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
