Ingredients: Chunky spaghetti

  • 1 box spaghetti noodles
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 whole green pepper
  • 1 whole tomato
  • 1 (4 oz) package of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (16 oz) pack of italian sausage mild
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce of your choice
  • Italian seasoning season to suit taste
  • salt and pepper season to suit taste
  • garlic powder season to suit taste
  • Parmesan cheese to suit your taste

How to Make Chunky spaghetti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Chunky spaghetti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice the green pepper and then set it to the side.
  • Step 2
  • Dice onion and mixed with green peppers
  • Step 3
  • Dice package of mushrooms and mix with onions and green peppers
  • Step 4
  • Chop tomato into bite-size pieces and sit to the side for later
  • Step 5
  • One pot of water once water comes to a boil add spaghetti noodles
  • Step 6
  • Brown hamburger meat and Italian sausage together in a pan add Italian seasoning,garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 7
  • When hamburger meat is almost done add in your onion, green pepper and mushroom mix
  • Step 8
  • When spaghetti noodles are done drain and sit to the side
  • Step 9
  • When ground beef mixture is done drain off excess oil return to pot add spaghetti sauce and tomatoes heat on low to simmer just enough to warm up the spaghetti sauce
  • Step 10
  • You can mix spaghetti noodles and spaghetti sauce all together if you like or you can keep noodles and sauce separate which ever suits you.
  • Step 11
  • Add the Parmesan cheese on top if you like
  • Step 12
  • Enjoy serve warm
