  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/4 cup chutney
  • 1 crackers for serving (I use whatever kind I have on hand, but I really like water crackers for this.)

    Step 1
  • Put all ingredients, except pecans and crackers, in a food processor or blender.
  • Step 2
  • Process until well blended.
  • Step 3
  • Scrape down the sides of the food processor or blender.

  • Transfer to a piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours.
  • Step 5
  • Form mixture into a ball.
  • Step 6
  • Put nuts on a piece of waxed paper and roll the cheese ball in the nuts.

  • Step 8
  • *You can also use a fruit such as apple slices in addition to or in place of crackers.*
