  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tsp Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning or my Versatile Spice Mix Recipe
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 juice from 1/2 of a lime
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves (leaves only, no stems)

How to Make Cilantro Cream Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Cilantro Cream Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat butter in a skillet over med-high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Sprinkle Chicken seasoning over chicken. (There is no need to measure seasoning, just sprinkle on as much as you want)

  • Cook chicken on both sides until brown and juices run clear.
  • Step 4
  • Remove chicken and set aside.
  • Step 5
  • Remove some of butter from pan leaving about 2 tsp.
  • Step 6
  • Saute garlic in remaining butter until soft.
  • Step 7
  • Turn stove on low and add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  • Step 8
  • Add sour cream, lime juice and cilantro. Stir and cook about 30 seconds.
  • Step 9
  • Remove from heat. Cover chicken with the cilantro sauce.
  • Step 10
  • Serve.
