  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, packed
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • cayenne pepper

    Step 1
  • In a high power blender add below ingredients.
  • Step 2
  • Blend ingredients well together until smooth in texture.
  • Step 3
  • Transfer cilantro hummus into bowl and sprinkle on a little cayenne pepper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow flavors and hummus to congeal.
  • Step 4
