  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Bulghar wheat
  • 1 cup Cooked grits, warm

  • 1/2 cup Minced green onion tops
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 Juice of 1or 2 lemons
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
