  • 4 1/2 cup bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
  • Filling
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp MAKARA cinnamon ( secret ingredient )
  • 1/3 cup soften butter
  • Icing
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • add ingredients as listed on bread machine.
  • Step 3
  • start machine on dough cycle.

  • 0nce dough is done, turn onto floured rolling board and allow to rest 10 minutes.

  • roll out into 16"x21" rectangle, with dough 1/4 thick.

  • combine brown sugar & makara cinnamon in bowl until mixed well.

  • spread softened butter atop,sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly atop surface.
  • Step 9
  • roll dough into jelly roll form along 16" wide side. cut into 12 pieces, place tolls in 9x13 bake pan,bake at 400° for approx 25 minutes or until light brown. remove let cool
  • Step 10
  • icing

  • combine icing ingredients, until well blended, frost while rolls still in pan.
