Ingredients: Cinnamon Apple Samboosa

  • 3 Chopped pealed apples (any kind)
  • 3 tbsp raisins ( any kind)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 dash cinnamon
  • 3 dash nutmeg
  • 3 Squirts of I can not believe it's not butter spray
  • 10 samboosa pastry leaves or fill pastry sheets
  • 5 tbsp oil or spray butter

How to Make Cinnamon Apple Samboosa

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Cinnamon Apple Samboosa in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the first 6 ingredients together
  • Step 2
  • Fill pastry with filling and fold in triangle shape (note I used 2 pastry leaves for each samboosa because I like to fill it up full of extra filling)
  • Step 3
  • Rub with oil or spray butter and put in air fryer on 200°F Celsius for 5 minutes (note if you do not have an air fryer then fry in oil till golden brown or bake in oven on 200°F Celsius till golden brown)
