  • Wet Mix
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 grams Fage 0% Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Cinnamon Banana Loaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to 175°/Gas Mark 4
  • Step 2
  • Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.
  • Step 3
  • In a food processor add your bananas, Greek yoghurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Blitz until all combined and pureed together.
  • Step 4
  • Add the dry ingredients into the food processor and blend until it forms a nice batter.

  • Spoon out the batter into a loaf tin and place on the top shelf in the oven for 45 minutes
