  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cup flour

  • Spread filling mix over dough (you'll probably have some extra mix, don't feel obligated to use it all or it'll bubble over while baking)
  • Step 10
  • Roll dough tightly into log and put into loaf pan
  • Step 11
  • Cover dough and let rise again for 30 minutes
  • Step 12
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 13
  • Bake @ 350° for 40 minutes
  • Step 14
  • Loosen from sides of pan and let cool where air can circulate around pan for 15 minutes. Turn out of pan and finish cooling as long as you can stand to wait ;-P
