  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter (filling)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (filling)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (filling)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (filling)
  • 1/2 cup (1 tbsp.) powdered sugar (glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (glaze)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (glaze)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (glaze)

How to Make Cinnamon Buns

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Cinnamon Buns in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add yeast sugar water and let it stand for 5-10 min
  • Step 2
  • Mix the rest of the dry ingridients together and wet ingridients seperately
  • Step 3
  • Knead the dough until smooth and set aside in a warm place until doubled
  • Step 4
  • When doubled roll out the dough into a rectangle
  • Step 5
  • Melt the butter and spread over dough
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle sugar mixture on top and roll tightly
  • Step 7
  • Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hr
  • Step 8
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 9
  • Brush butter mixture over the top. Add more glaze if needed
  • Step 10
  • Bake for 30 mins
